Great opportunity: we are hiring a deboner in Zurmi, Zamfara State. The job is at a wholesale meat market. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On a typical shift you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. 1+ years on the tools preferred. We offer ₦1,700 per hour plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
