Bakery assistant — Misau

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Misau, Bauchi State. Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Score the top of loaves before baking Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦220,000 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
