On a typical shift you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; season and marinate meat on request. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Part-time with flexible hours.
