Great opportunity: production machine operator (Delta State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a production machine operator in Okpe, Delta State. You will be based at an auto-parts workshop. What we are looking for: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Your main tasks: • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches Part-time with flexible hours.
