Catering cook wanted in Donga

Now hiring: we are hiring a catering cook in Donga, Taraba State. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in ₦210,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
