Prep cook — Gashaka

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Gashaka, Taraba State. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. On the job you will handle: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 6+ years on the tools preferred.
