Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Day to day you will prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch.
