Forklift operator — Franklin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a forklift operator in Franklin County, Ohio. The job is at a busy distribution centre. Day-to-day duties: • Read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit • Load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers • Log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book • Keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit • Transport raw materials and finished goods between bays • Charge the forklift battery or change the LPG cylinder safely Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts, nights and weekends • Able to manually lift up to 25 kg when required • Valid forklift / FLT licence for counterbalance and reach trucks We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
