Immediate opening: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Jakusko, Yobe State. You will be based at a white goods manufacturing plant. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Day to day you will set up and change stamping dies and tooling; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
