Day-to-day duties: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift You should bring willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays; strong knife skills and speed on the line.
