Mechanical press operator • Khana, Rivers State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Khana, Rivers State. Ideal candidate: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes Your main tasks: • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Record output and downtime on the production sheet ₦7,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
