Cnc lathe setter — Elbert County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Elbert County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will load and index turning tools in the turret; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed. You should have: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg Meals and transport allowance provided.
