Tandoor cook — Surulere

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Surulere, Oyo State. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On a typical shift you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
