Lathe operator — Cache County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lathe operator in Cache County, Utah. You will be based in a textile mill. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges You will key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; set up and start the machine as per the job card; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
