You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks 1+ years on the tools preferred.
