Bar waiter — Bida

You will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; check back during the meal and handle special requests; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
