Dough maker — Nasarawa

Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Nasarawa, Nasarawa State. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On a typical shift you will score the top of loaves before baking; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦190,000 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
