Join our team: we are hiring a wood machinist in Comanche County, Texas. The job is at a kitchen and furniture manufacturer. Day to day you will check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge. Requirements: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height Overtime paid at a premium rate.
