We are recruiting: short order cook (Kogi State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Ofu, Kogi State. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
