Great opportunity: short order cook (Kano State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Tofa, Kano State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 2+ years on the tools preferred.
