Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $24 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts.
