Kitchenhand — Karimganj

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Karimganj, Assam. We are looking for careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers; able to stand on your feet for long shifts; keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards. The role involves scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. ₹160 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
