The role involves: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
