Great opportunity: restaurant steward (Montana)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Cascade County, Montana. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. Requirements: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems On a typical shift you will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
