Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Mokwa, Niger State. Day to day you will score the top of loaves before baking; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
