Food and beverage server • Oju, Benue State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Oju, Benue State. On a typical shift you will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; clear and reset tables between covers; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments. What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
