Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On the job you will handle: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Full-time, day shift.
