Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Franklin County, Ohio. Day-to-day duties: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience.
