Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Wolfe County, Kentucky. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker On a typical shift you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream.
