We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Hamilton County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; season and marinate meat on request; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
