Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Cleburne County, Alabama. The role involves keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
