Immediate opening: we are hiring a smash repairer in Boluwaduro, Osun State. You will work in a smash repair workshop. Requirements: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines The role involves read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray.
