Urgent requirement: presser (Akwa Ibom State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a presser in Eket, Akwa Ibom State. The job is at a garment factory. On a typical shift you will shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents. What we are looking for: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
