Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Ijero, Ekiti State. Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
