Hydraulic crane operator wanted in Scott County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Scott County, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Understanding of hand and radio signals Your main tasks: • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone 3+ years on the tools preferred.
