Bench joiner — Burhanpur

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bench joiner in Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based in a bespoke joinery workshop. We are looking for able to read technical drawings and cutting lists; at least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience; NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent. Your main tasks: • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
