Fry cook wanted in Edwards County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fry cook in Edwards County, Texas. Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
