Your main tasks: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required 3+ years on the tools preferred.
