The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
