Join our team: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Sharp County, Arkansas. The job is at a kitchen and furniture manufacturer. You will finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board. Ideal candidate: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
