Vacancy available: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Jackson County, Mississippi. You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages You will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; clear and reset tables between covers; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
