Bread and bun maker wanted in Sarpy County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Sarpy County, Nebraska. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
