Immediate opening: we are hiring an estate gardener in Lafia, Nasarawa State. What we are looking for: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Valid driving licence for travel between sites On a typical shift you will rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
