Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Saiha, Mizoram. You should bring able to read and follow recipes and dockets; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate. On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Part-time with flexible hours.
