Now hiring: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Ndokwa West, Delta State. The role involves: • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift You should have: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to read load charts and lifting plans Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
