Immediate opening: we are hiring a brick mason in Lorain County, Ohio. You will be based on a new-build development. You will brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints. Requirements: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets Six days a week, one day off.
