Line cook wanted in Pike County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Pike County, Ohio. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
