Tandoor cook — Tom Green County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Tom Green County, Texas. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
