Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
