Baker wanted in Pima County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Pima County, Arizona. Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens $20 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift.
